Dr. Yamasaki & the whole staff was wonderful. They were very organized and took every step to maintain a safe environment. Dr Coons was also very pleasant and diligent when conducting my sound ear test. Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend this ENT office to anyone!

Great experience with Dr. Yamasaki, particularly considering the COVID situation. The office is clearly taking into account the need for social distancing and has hand sanitizer stations placed throughout the office. Dr. Yamasaki was double-masked and goggled throughout my visit which was reassuring to see. She also listened to my concerns and responded thoughtfully and didn't make me feel rushed, which I really appreciated.

I was truly blessed to have been seen by Dr. Yamasaki. Dr. Yamasaki is not only knowledgeable and competent within the field of ENT, but also extremely empathetic. Despite her busy schedule, she took time to listen to my concerns and provide helpful feedback. Additionally, Dr. Yamasaki provides care on a personal level- she remembered all the little details from my previous visit during my follow-up. The professionalism she demonstrated was phenomenal as well. I cannot thank her enough for the compassionate, personal, and wonderful care she provided throughout my visits.
